SAAD Astana is is an excellent high-end option for Astana. I found the room to be large with a comfortable bed, nice linen and a very good bathroom. The hotel also met my request of a high floor (13) with a view East along Nurzhol Boulevard. An excellent location, great amenities (a modern, well equipped gym open 24/7, plus a spa and lovely big pool), and a very good breakfast. All for considerably less per night than the international branded 5 star hotels.

The location is excellent, very central and basically close to everything. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance, and there are large shopping malls and plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also very easy to get a taxi from here. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, the price and quality of the room offer great value for money.

The hotel is very nice and location is great ! Unfortunately the staff is quite slow and most of the staff is not interested in their guests . There is only one nice and friendly old man , forgot his name , who always nice , respectful and friendly , helped us with the smile to bring our laggage , opened the door and etc . The others communication and respect to the guests are needs to be improved

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a perfect central location next to Khan Shatyr. Swimming pool and spa facilities are amazing!

This is a former Mariotte hotel, so it still provides for a good quality service. Check in was fast, staff is very responsive and eager to help. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, very good breakfasts with a large variety of hot and cold dishes. There’s also an option to order eggs of your choice. The pool is large enough to swim and rather deep, however the water was too cold to relax in it. The views are splendid, ours was facing the opera theatre and the Shatyr shopping mall.

The location is excellent, with various attractions within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The staff were courteous and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel, fully equipped ( restaurant, bar, spa, fitness, swimming pool,…) at 5min walking distance from Asia park mall, or khan Shakir or even grand opera.

The hotel is actualy named Mariott and located very close to the extended length park where all interesting arhitecture buildings are located. Here are also good food restaurants, although the hotel itself has a nice 27th top floor restaurant.Beside this, there is an large indoor pool with sauna and gym, wonderful for spending some relaxing hours. My executive room was large, with beautiful view over the city, wonderfull bed and soft pillows, a very quiet air conditioner and modern toilett room with shower and even bidet. The breakfast was excellent and served many items of different tasty food, including lovely fresh brewed capucino. I will definitivelly stay there again.
